Reservations FAQ
We welcome both! Walk-ins are accepted based on availability, but reservations are highly recommended—especially during weekends, special events, and anime nights.
You can book directly through our website or call the restaurant during business hours. For groups larger than 8, please contact us via email or phone so we can assist you personally.
Online reservations are available for up to 8 guests. For parties larger than that, please reach out to our events team to discuss accommodations and availability.
Standard reservations do not require a deposit. However, large groups (9+), private events, or special occasion bookings may require a deposit or credit card hold.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to your reservation. No-shows or last-minute cancellations for large parties may result in a cancellation fee.
You’re welcome to make a request when booking, and we’ll do our best to accommodate it. While we can’t guarantee specific seating, we always try to make your visit special.
